2012 - A Great Year
RockN Rods had another great year, almost doubling in size with 150 drag cars and 375 showN shine cars. A big thank you to all who participated.
To all of our sponsors, your support is truly appreciated and you make it possible to bring this unique event to the streets of Sioux City.
Thank you to the Mayor and City Council and Paul Eckert and staff, we couldn’t do it without your cooperation.
I especially want to recognize the phenomenal job by our committee and volunteers. This event couldn’t continue to grow without this great team and their huge contribution. RockN Rods is an event that takes a lot of effort but we feel we are rewarded with the success.

The Next RockN Rods Will Be July 19-21, 2013
RockN Rods is ready to do it again! Join us on July 19-21, 2013 to enjoy a weekend full of excitement as a car show meets a drag race in Downtown Sioux City. If you were unable to attend, you missed out on some amazing sights and sounds. The event received national recognition and astounding reviews from participants and attendees. This event is FREE to the public, so make sure to mark your calendars today.
RockN Rods is a committee organized event. The drag race, vendor, show and shine, registration and site committees are starting to meet on a regular basis. Volunteers and sponsors are needed to help provide a safe and fun event for the community.
